Les first made a decision to follow Christ at an FCA camp in Ashland, Oregon in 1973.

His hobbies include: music, athletic training and mentoring young people. Coach Rob's favorite quote is "You must be willing to do today what others won't do, in order to have the things tomorrow others won't have."

His goals through FCA ministry are to:

1. Be a consistent model of integrity, love and faithfulness to young men and women
 2. To fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you:”

Les is the senior pastor of The Burning Bush Church in Valencia, CA and resides there with his wife, Brenda. They have three wonderful children, Brandon, Danielle and Gabrielle.
